How to Guide

Notes about the installation of the R package:

The file 'isr_1.0.tar' should be downloaded.
You need R installed, available from

1) locate the isr_1.0.tar file anywhere you like, e.g. in the directory
"C:\Users\David Wyllie\ISRpackage" - as in the example below.

We have only tested this in R for Windows.  If you use Linux systems and encounter problems, let us know.
The code is pure R and we do not anticipate there should be any problems.

2) Install the package.  From within R, do:
source.dir<-'C:\\Users\\David Wyllie\\isr package'
    pkgs= c(file.path(source.dir,'isr_1.0.tar')),

you should get a response like the below

> install.packages(
+ pkgs= c(file.path(source.dir,'isr_1.0.tar')),
+ repos=NULL,
+ type="source")
Installing package(s) into ‘C:/Users/David Wyllie/Documents/R/win-library/2.13’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
